To handle AMLA Transaction Monitoring matters include but not limited to conduct daily and weekly AMLA Transaction Risk Report Analysis (“TRR”) for various sales channels such as Agency Business Development, Retirement Services and Digital Sales.
As per regulators’ requirement, PAM is required to conduct TRR on timely manner. Hence, the said conversion will be able to support the above requirement effectively.
Job Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
- To perform daily and weekly high AMLA Transaction Risk Report Analysis (“TRR”) for various sales channels such as Agency Business Development, Retirement Services and Digital Sales on timely manner.
- To handle high volume of TRR cases manually due to current TESS AMLA system was not able to automate the full process of TMU’s workflow because of system limitations.
- To prepare daily and monthly report on TRR progress for management and AMLA Taskforce updates.
- To liaise with respective departments such as Agency Business Development, Retirement Services, Digital Sales, Branch Operations and Customer on the additional info required from investors to conduct enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD).
- To report suspicious TRR cases to the Compliance Department for further action.
- To multitask on Business Continuity Plan and testing activities related matters
