Responsibilities

This role is responsible for accuracy and timeliness in daily PRS processing, including any document and/or reports generation/distribution and any corporate PRS related reconciliations.

 

Job Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:

 

Processing

  • To facilitate the processing of PRS related transactions for corporate and retail clients.
  • To facilitate the on-boarding of new corporate clients, including KYC check, account opening etc.
  • To closely monitor all incoming email or documents received daily and respond/process timely.
  • To liaise and follow up with respective submission channels on incomplete applications within stipulated timeline.
  • To liaise with Finance and Operations on the processing to ensure timeliness and accuracy in processing.
  • To ensure errors/ adjustments to PRS transactions (if any) are attended to and corrected promptly.
  • To perform end-to-end ECDD process on AML hit cases.
  • As and when required, to facilitate/ generate reports for PRS business purposes, including for management reporting, attend to distributor’s request and/or for regulatory reporting purposes.
  • To perform housekeeping and document filing.

 

Supervisory Duties

  • To assist HOD to lead, train, guide and support RS Middle Office staff on their daily work processes.
  • To ensure that performance standards are maintained at all times.

 

Servicing Efficiency / Quality

  • To assist HOD to ensure performance standards are met at all times.
  • To adhere to quality assurance standards established for all PRS transactions.
  • To ensure accuracy and consistency in work at all times
  • To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity.
  • To initiate, recommend or provide solutions through department meetings.
  • To assist HOD to control the processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming services until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • To attend to issues raised by distribution channels with regards to corporate PRS processing.
  • Display strong follow-up skills, good time management and meticulous in performing daily tasks to ensure work efficiency, consistency and timeliness.
  • Have good communication and writing skills.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.

 

Regulatory Compliance

  • To report breaches/losses/lapses to the HOD and Compliance and/or Risk Management on timely basis.
  • To escalate issues/ problems found to the HOD.

  • Bachelor's degree
