This role is responsible to oversee Corporate Action & Data Maintenance Sub-Unit, Fund Fact Sheets outsourcing as well as ensuring successful implementation of projects within Investment Operations.
Key responsibilities:
- To review and ensure Fund Manager’s decisions are being reflected accurately into its respective Funds for all Corporate Action events
- To review and ensure the information is updated correctly in CRIMS (Shariah compliance monitoring and maintenance, Creation and maintenance of securities and portfolios, bank and custody account creation, linkage and maintenance, holiday schedule maintenance and information dependent for compliance rules
- To review and ensure submission of Form A (Semi Annual SC Reporting) being done in accurate and timely manner
- To review Stale Price report for submission to Valuation Oversight Committee
- To review and ensure Fund Factsheets prepared in accurate and timely manner
- To review and ensure submission of Compliance Matrix, Monthly Key Risk Indicator, Monthly Summary Compliance Report and Monthly Capital Market Service License report.
- To be an alternate Business Continuity Champion and ensure the department Business Continuity Plan is successfully followed
- To review and analyse existing process in Investment Operations to identify for Process Improvement
- Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
